Imagine a situation, a topic or a person that is currently often on your mind. As you imagine, notice where you have the strongest bodily sensation in this moment. Now, click on any body part or area in the image below. Take as much time as you need to tune in and locate the sensation in / on / around your body. If nothing comes up for you - check out our activation exercises below the image.

Activation exercises - Let’s wake up our senses. Try some of these:

  • If you are able to, step outside for a moment barefoot and try walking on grass (or tiles or wood). What can you sense/feel? Where on/in your body/skin? Try to describe for yourself in as much detail as you can.

  • Try running cold water over your hands, then slowly turn to warm water. What can you sense/feel? Where? Try to describe for yourself in as much detail as you can.

  • Try running your right index finger swiftly across your left forearm. What can you sense/feel? Where? Try to describe for yourself in as much detail as you can. Now run your finger with half the speed or even slower across the forearm. Can you sense more details?
